4-Week Workplace Wellness Fitness Study

50 Volunteers needed for 4 week Fitness & Training study

 

We are conducting a 4-week Fitness Study to measure whether business professionals working out with a Personal Trainer can experience significant weight loss, improvements in overall fitness, reduction in stress, improvement in work productivity, and whether it provides enough motivation and inspiration for an individual to work out more on their own and make better nutrition choices.

We are recruiting 50 volunteers and you will be assigned to either a Private Training or Group Training protocol depending on interests and goals. Once spots are filled, interested individuals will be put on a waiting list for next study protocol.

Private Training 4-week Fitness Study for Business Professionals

Program Expectations:
  • You are not currently exercising regularly.
  • You are a business professional with a busy schedule who has struggled with a commitment to exercise.
  • You will need to commit to exercising at least 2 days per week with one of our trainers in a Private Training setting.
  • Baseline measurements will be taken and post study follow-up measurements will be conducted one month later.
  • Results will be used for the analysis of a Workplace Wellness program.

Group Training 4-week Fitness Study for Business Professionals

Program Expectations:
  • You are not currently exercising regularly.
  • You are a business professional with a busy schedule who has struggled with a commitment to exercise.
  • You will need to commit to exercising at least 3 days per week for 4 weeks in one of our Group Training time slots – morning, noon, or evening.
  • Baseline measurements will be taken and post study follow-up measurements will be conducted one month later.
  • Results will be used for the analysis of a Workplace Wellness program.
