Sorry people, too busy is never an excuse! Spend the time taking care of yourself now or you’ll be forced to spend the time taking care of ill health later! Exercise will actually give you more energy so you can be more productive. Instead of exercise taking up too much time, it will actually give you more time and energy. And we could all use a little of both!
