I’m a smart guy – or at least I like to think so. But I’ve never been smart about exercise until the last few years. I always thought it was too costly to work out with a trainer. But then I started thinking…I spend more money on my car payment, a new suit and dinner meetings and yet, I wouldn’t dish out the cash for my most important asset – my health. I shifted my perspective and discovered it’s the best investment I ever made. Scheduling three workouts a week with my trainer holds me accountable and the results are totally worth it. I have a gorgeous wife and two beautiful kids and they need me. Not only have I lost body fat, increased my strength, muscle, and endurance, but I’m less stressed and have more energy for my family. |
