Moving my body (i.e., walking with friends, hiking, biking, strength training, or running) has always been an important part of my life. As I’ve gotten older and started a family, the flexibility I once had to exercise has lessened. However, the important role it plays in my physical and mental well-being has not diminished.
About a year ago, I had the great good fortune to come across Northwest Personal Training and the even better good fortune to get paired with Jamie. Jamie consistently meets with me 3x a week at 5 am to help me grow stronger. Her knowledge, energy, and spirit always keep me motivated to continue to work towards my goal of staying healthy and increasing my mobility. Michelle, Bob, Nick, Alicia, and the other amazing trainers are what sets Northwest Personal Training apart and what makes it a place that people want to continue to return to as they strive to meet their health and fitness goals.
