I played collegiate volleyball on a scholarship and consequentially worked out for four to five hours every day. After my volleyball career ended, I went directly to law school where I sat all day every day in class and studying. As a result of this new lifestyle I gained weight and lost muscle. Prior to coming to NW Personal Training I was able to lose some weight, but was not very active and wanted to get my strength and overall fitness back. Workouts in college were quite intense, so I needed a change. If I was going to keep up with a consistent workout schedule, I needed for it to be fun, have variety, and be something I looked forward to. Luckily I made my first appointment with Cody and it was a perfect fit from the start! We have so much fun, yet are able to get an immense amount of work done in a short time. I enjoy working out with Cody and actually look forward to going in. I am usually a person who has to force myself to exercise, so this says a lot! As a result of my training I have gone back to playing volleyball in a league twice a week and am in the best shape of my life since college. I owe it all to Cody and NW Personal Training! |
