|I have been a client of NW Personal Training for 7 years now. I’ve worked with almost every trainer at one point or another, but the trainers that I work most regularly with are Rob Cloke and Cody McHaney. I’ve known Rob for years, even before I came to NWPT for Personal Training. His oldest son and I used to take swim lessons together; so when I found out that the same familiar face was a Personal Trainer at NWPT, it was like reconnecting with a fun Uncle again. He keeps me motivated and I look forward to our workouts every week. I started working with Cody maybe 3 or 4 years ago and he is just so much fun to work with, it feels like coming to spend some time with a friend instead of working out. I came to NWPT because it offered me a smaller, more focused space (unlike larger, not so personal facilities) and a professional personal trainer to help keep me accountable and to ensure I reach my fitness goals. Some of the benefits I’ve been able to reap from my time at NWPT are a rise in stamina and endurance which is something I have always struggled with all my life. I have stuck with NWPT for so long because the trainers are great at helping me reach my fitness goals, but it is also a great place to socialize with caring and motivational people!
