I believe in living life to its fullest. I don’t sit still very easily, so the hardest part of training at NWPT is when I have to close my eyes and sit still at the end of a yoga/pilates class. Of course the spin classes, shockwave sessions, strength and boot camp classes are all tough in their own way. Roll it all into one, including fabulous trainers who really enjoy what they do, and it’s helped me to keep fit, healthy and running injury free. I always leave NWTP with a smile, ready to tackle the stresses of the day. It’s a treat to be around other people who enjoy life as much as I do! The best part of NWPT is all the great friends I’ve made who are as passionate as I am about running and being outdoors. It’s a group of people who don’t ask why I want to run a marathon – they understand. It’s a delight to come in on Monday and hear all the stories from those who have been out running, biking, hiking, snow shoeing – you name it, someone’s been out doing it! It’s an inspiration to be around other people who enjoy so many of the great activities the Northwest has to offer. |
