After years of both personal training and group classes at NWPT, I was sidelined by a couple of surgeries. When I realized that my balance and flexibility had really suffered in my absence, I knew I needed to get back to a regular schedule. Having worked with Nick for over a year now, the improvement has been remarkable. Aches don’t ache anymore, and there’s been significant improvement in my balance and flexibility. Who knew squats, deadbugs, and YTAs could make such a difference?
