I really was the typical fat guy. I put on 10 lbs, then 10 more… well, you know the rest. I was athletic when I was younger, but I let myself go. I just got too busy with work and the kids. So I joined a gym and was a member for over 4 years. Did I ever go? No! Since I started working out with Northwest Personal Training, I never want to miss a session! It’s an actual appointment, and besides my trainer would kill me if I missed! I have lost 20 lbs already and I am loving it. I have two great kids and a fabulous wife, and they deserve to have me healthy and at my best. I have lost too many friends and family members to poor health, and I do not want to repeat the same mistakes. I design and build homes for a living so being strong and fit is a must! Looking good is nice, but I really want to set a good example and lead a healthy lifestyle for my family. Northwest Personal Training will hold you accountable and make sure you succeed. I won’t lie – on training days I whine and complain, but the results are worth it! And although I might not be ready for the cover of GQ, my wife thinks I’m looking pretty darn good. |
