I’m fairly new to NWPT (October 2020). I have been working with Kristin consistently twice a week since then, and recently started partner training with a friend. I have been intermittent fasting since August 2020, and I needed something to help me continue my journey towards a healthy lifestyle. Kristin has pushed me and encouraged me to do things I never thought my body was capable of. It has been a long time for me since I have been inside of a gym, and I am so glad I made the decision to start at NWPT because my body has changed in ways I never thought it could. I don’t even recognize myself sometimes in pictures. I had a goal I was trying to reach by the beginning of this month (to go on vacation), and I actually met my goal and I have never felt so confident and “right” in my body like I do now.
