We just reached our 1 year anniversary at NWPT, and we are so happy with the decision and investment in our health.  We attend personal training sessions together twice a week, our healthy work-out date! Neither of us really knew how to strength train properly, so the expert trainers at NWPT stepped us through the learning process, with many ways to work out well and tuned to our abilities. They make it fun and challenging at the same time.  Trainer team Marcia and Carson alternate days with us and coordinate closely on workout plans. It’s great to have both of their unique styles and perspectives.  We also take Nick’s yoga stretch class on Friday mornings, a true zen gift at the end of the week.  We also worked on nutrition, including goal setting, establishing eating plans with favorite recipes tuned to foods we like.
