Seniors Fitness Study 2024

Congratulations! You are one step closer to signing up for our Seniors Fitness Study.

We are conducting a 4-week Fitness Study to measure whether Seniors over the age of 55 years, working out with a Personal Trainer only two times per week, can experience significant improvements in overall health & fitness, increased energy, reduced stress, improved balance and strength, and whether it provides enough motivation and inspiration for an individual to more more on their own and make better nutrition choices.

Program expectations include: • You are NOT currently exercising regularly. • You are over 55 years and older. • You will need to commit to exercising at least 2 days per week with one of our trainers in a Private Training setting. • Baseline and post-study measurements will be measured and follow-up measurements will be completed one month later. • Study will start in the summer 2024 • Results will be used to analyze the effect exercise has on various health metrics.
