Philosophy

Nick began his journey to becoming a world class trainer in 2016 after working through his own traumatic health experience. Through physical therapy and movement, he overcame the limitations of his body and found a new purpose as a health and fitness instructor. Nick brings a holistic approach to health and fitness by incorporating mind and body into a working cohesive system that produces measurable results.

  • American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer
  • Awarded 2nd Degree Black Belt by the Chinese Shaolin-Do Martial Arts Association
  • Practicing and teaching various forms of Tai Chi and Qigong (an ancient energy, movement, and breathing system from China) for nearly 30 years.
  • Red Cross CPR/AED Certified
