Nick began his journey to becoming a world class trainer in 2016 after working through his own traumatic health experience. Through physical therapy and movement, he overcame the limitations of his body and found a new purpose as a health and fitness instructor. Nick brings a holistic approach to health and fitness by incorporating mind and body into a working cohesive system that produces measurable results.

Nick enjoys working with all ages and diverse fitness levels. Specialities include improving mobility, flexibility, energy levels, shedding excess weight, strength building, and rehabilitation.
