I started my journey in the health and fitness world as a physical therapy aide. After witnessing my patients improve their health by committing themselves to exercise, I knew I wanted to do more. I became certified as a personal trainer to help guide more people further along their exercise journey in order to live a more fit and functional lifestyle. I believe exercise and living a healthy lifestyle should be fun, and make you feel like your best self.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Whether it is someone who is coming out of rehabilitation after an injury and wanting to get back to moving better than they did before, or someone who is wanting to get that extra push in the gym. I love witnessing my clients succeed, feeling and moving better, and achieving the lifestyle they want to live.
I enjoy Bible education, hiking, backpacking, disc golf, volleyball, and spending time with my wife, Nicki (yes, we’re Nick & Nicki).
