Nathan loves working with clients of all ages and all fitness levels. This is due to the fact that he doesn’t believe that exercise is exclusive to a certain group of people, it is truly for everyone. He enjoys working with those clients who are willing to push their limits and are ready to stick with a program, even on the tough days.
