Bio

Madeline, or Maddie as she is called by her friends and family, is a Vancouver native who grew up living across the United States and abroad. Having found her passion for health and fitness, she made her way home to the PNW to encourage others on their journey towards health and wellness. Maddie’s mission is to provide her clients a safe place to explore their bodies. Through resistance training, Maddie hopes to encourage others to find confidence in a strong healthy body.

“I love reading and traveling, so please give me your latest travel tips! Traveling has always been the love of my life and I aspire to visit as many countries as I can. I love to spend time with friends and family, but I especially like to play board games, watch the Seahawks play, or go for a coffee run. If I’m not in the gym strength training, you can find me out in nature exploring a new hiking trail!”
