Bio

Exercise has been no stranger to my life, given that I grew up with two fitness professionals for parents. I had never been in love with fitness as a child, as I wasn’t sure if it was for me and thought it might just be my parents’ thing (spoiler – I was wrong; fitness is for everyone!). I made the decision to give consistent exercise a try a few years back, when I was struggling with my mental health and self-confidence and decided I needed to make a lifestyle change. I quickly discovered how moving my body consistently and prioritizing exercise really did change the way I felt mentally (the rumors are true).

My friends started to notice how good I was feeling and the physical changes that came as well. They asked if I could help them with their own training programs and getting started in the gym. I uncovered how much joy it brought me to help the people I love truly improve their well-being, and that feeling of fulfillment was so strong that it brought me to where I am today—just one step away from the opportunity to guide you toward becoming the best version of YOU!

Brianna loves working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, whether you’re a total beginner or looking to advance your current training program. Her strengths are programs designed towards muscular strength training, fat loss, core and stability work, and improving mobility and flexibility. You don’t need to be in the gym everyday to see results. Brianna is here to assist you in creating a program that works for YOUR schedule, is designed specifically for YOUR goals, and is realistic and sustainable for YOU.

Personal Interests

I LOVE to go on hikes, camping, picnics, and just being in nature  – I’m a big earth lover! I enjoy reading books like “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz, “The Five Second Rule” by Mel Robbins (highly recommend both!) and anything that’s geared towards transforming your life and gaining personal freedom. I also love listening to music, watching psychological thrillers, exploring new restaurants and fun city spots, and most of all… spending time with the people (and animals) I love. (:
