This calculator calculates your cardiovascular training zones by taking your resting heart rate into account. To find your resting heart rate, take your pulse for a full 60 seconds first thing in the morning, before you get out of bed. Take this measurement once a morning for three mornings and then use the average of these for your resting heart rate.
