I have been working out 3x/week at Northwest Personal Training for a year now. I realize that it’s me putting in the work, but that’s only because of the incredible trainers. In particular, Nick Higgins is not only motivating but he stays attentive and focused on my form during each exercise. In addition, he’s a wealth of knowledge about physiology and exercise. In the past year, I’ve lost weight and gained so much strength. That, in turn, has boosted my self-confidence. The trainers listen to your goals, and each session is concentrated toward achieving those goals.
