I am incredibly grateful for a good friend of mine who gave me a gift certificate to NW Personal Training to celebrate my birthday. I was first introduced to weight lifting in middle school and while I loved it, I have been thrown those hurdles of finding work-life balance while raising a family and finding time to prioritize my health. After fracturing my foot, I recognized during that recovery the importance of balance and strength and committed to making my health a priority. Not only do I feel stronger and healthier, but I feel younger too. Many, many thanks to all of the amazing trainers, especially Carson who has pushed me despite some choice words that may have escaped my mouth!
