Aaron: I exercised off and on before joining NWPT, but consistency and motivation were always an issue. I would make progress, but would always lose momentum. I also wasn’t sure what the best strategies were to achieve my goals.
NWPT has provided consistency, accountability, and sound techniques for reaching my goals. My Trainer, Nick Medlock, has been a foundational support, tailoring sessions to my abilities and needs, expecting hard work and accountability, but always doing so with invariable friendliness and attentiveness to my goals.
It is this personal touch that places NWPT above the others! With the support of Nick and the whole NWPT staff, I have made significant improvements over the past year and the encouragement and skill provided by NWPT has been instrumental. The positive changes made during partner training sessions with my son, have benefited our whole family! NWPT is the place to be for friendly, accountable, and effective change for a healthier life!
Rowan: Before I started my journey with NWPT, I was unaware of how to focus exercise on specific parts of my body. The staff at NWPT helped me not only achieve my fitness goals, but also learn how to focus muscle groups and utilize different exercises for maximum effect.
NWPT has given me the chance to check in on my progress each week and slowly work my way towards my goals in a way that works for me and provides consistent results. I have never felt like someone at NWPT was judging me or my ability and the culture created there is truly beneficial and unlike a lot of places I’ve seen before.
I have seen major results in my musculature, mental health, and general physical health. I feel a lot more educated on how to exercise and pursue fitness, as well as stronger and more able to do things I want to do, such as longsword fencing and other sports. NWPT truly has changed the way I view fitness and the group sessions I take with my father are very beneficial and a great form of bonding for both of us.
