The gym shouldn’t be just a mundane place you go to for your routine workout. I am here to provide creative exercise plans that you can apply to your everyday tasks. These functional exercises will promote weight loss but, more importantly, be an investment in the future state of your health, as well as help you find your full athletic potential!

Marijka is interested in helping you seek enjoyment in exercise, no matter what your age is. She has worked at retirement homes training seniors, coached young gymnasts (preschool – grade 2), coached middle school athletes, and has worked with the general population.
