Judith enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She
believes in educating her clients about the human body so they have the knowledge to succeed. Her strengths include developing progressive strength training programs to help individuals lose fat and increase muscular tone and strength, as well as designing programs to improve overall quality of life.
