I strive to make our workouts together fun yet challenging while keeping your health and fitness goals my number one priority. With my passion for fitness and your dedication to making positive life changes, we can work together to accomplish your goals.

Judith enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She
believes in educating her clients about the human body so they have the knowledge to succeed. Her strengths include developing progressive strength training programs to help individuals lose fat and increase muscular tone and strength, as well as designing programs to improve overall quality of life.

  • Associates in Applied Science for Fitness Training
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer
  • Certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor
  • CPR, First Aid and AED Certified

Riding/working on motorcycles, Film photography, Power Lifting, Hiking, Running, Snowboarding, Spending Time Outdoors.
