Jordan enjoys working with all individuals and is passionate about helping clients recognize and achieve their goals. Her strengths are programs designed in regards to muscular strength training, metabolic conditioning, core, and stability; as well as those designed towards training for specific sports and athletic events. Jordan has experience working with youth and collegiate athletes, recreational athletes, kids, and groups, and is always looking to expand the diversity of her client base.
