I believe exercise is one of the best ways to connect to our bodies. This connection is vital for overall wellbeing. Preventative care can save us time and money in the long run and this is especially true when we are talking about preventing injury and illness. Movement is the basis of a healthy life.
I have observed and worked with many people in a physical therapy setting. This has sparked my interest in helping people who are new to exercise or recovering from an injury. I like helping people begin their journey back into exercise while working through the barriers that come with behavior change and life’s challenges.
I enjoy hiking (especially on the coast), weight lifting, and spending time with my fiance and cat.
