Neck and shoulder pain can really hold you back from getting fitter, faster and stronger in the gym and leave you open to injuries at work, home and play. Dr. Jeni Gall will help you recognize how you could be putting yourself at risk while training, working, and doing everyday activities around the house. Learn about your habitual movement patterns and how simple switches in setting, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying can be the difference between a healthy, strong neck and shoulders and dysfunction.
