Group Workouts and More!
The focus will be on increasing your endurance & strengthening your skills to cross the finish line of all of your Summer Triathlons!

We have carefully created a training schedule that will allow you to fine-tune your cycling skills, your running technique, and your swimming abilities. You will also get a targeted workout plan to ensure you are getting in all of your workouts outside the group training weekend sessions.

This club is for all levels, from the novice triathlete trying to piece everything together to the advanced triathlete ready to take their competitive edge to the next level for this upcoming triathlon season!

This 16-week club will be led by CPT, Ironman Triathlete Bob Hoffman. 
Cost:
$199 - 16 Week Program, including 12 - group workouts. 
Cost Includes:
Sunday, April 26 - 1 pm – meet at Frenchman’s Bar
Brick Workout: Ride 12.5 Miles – 20 Min Run/Walk
Focus on Group Cycling Etiquette

Sunday, May 3 - 1 pm - meet at Horseshoe Lake, Woodland, WA
Brick Workout: Open water swim - Ride 13 miles & 2.5 mile Run/Walk
*Focus: Open water swim sighting

Sunday, May 10 – 1 pm meet at Vancouver Lake
Brick Workout: Open water swim & 12.5 miles ride
*Focus: Running Technique

Sunday, May 17 – 1 pm meet at Battle Ground State Park
Brick Workout: Open water swim & 2,4, 6 mile trail run
*Focus: Swimming Techniques

Sunday, May 24 - 1 pm – meet at Frenchman’s Bar
Brick Workout: Open Water Swim 12.5 mile ride and 3 mile Run/Walk at Frenchman’s Bar Park
*Focus: Practice Transition - Bike to Run (T2)

May 30, 31 PDX Triathlon – Blue Lake

Sunday, June 7 - 1 pm – meet at Frenchman’s Bar
Brick Workout: Open Water Swim, 12.5 or 25 mile Bike
Focus: Fixing a flat

Sunday, June 14 – 1 pm - meet at Klineline
Brick Workout: Open Water Swim & Run the Salmon Creek Trail
*Focus: Open Water Swim Technique & Nutrition/Fueling for a Triathlon

June 19-21 PacCrest Endurance Sports Festival – Sunriver, OR

Sunday, June 28 - 1 pm – meet at Northwest Personal Training
Workout: Ride the Two Bridge Loop
Focus: How your Rest Days impact the rest of your training! – Rest and Recovery

Sunday, July 5 – 1 pm – meet at Klineline
Mini Tri Workout: Swim 1 loop, Bike 6 miles, Run/Walk 2 miles
Focus: Transition Set-Up and Practice T1 & T2. Plus, Cycling

Sunday, July 12 – 1 pm – meet at Frenchman’s Bar
Mini Tri Workout: Swim ½ mile, Bike 8 miles, Run/Walk 2 miles
Focus: Relaxation Techniques and Stretching

July 18, 19 Hagg Lake Triathlon and Endurance Sports Festival– Hagg Lake, OR

Sunday, July 26 – 1 pm – meet at Horseshoe Lake
Tri Workout: Swim ½ mile, Bike 12.5, Run/Walk 3 miles
Focus: Going the distance!

August 1, 2 Lucky Triathlon – Woodland, WA

Sunday, August 9 – 1 pm – meet at Frenchman’s Bar
Tri Workout: Swim ½ mile, Bike 12.5, Run/Walk 3 miles
Focus: Now what? How to approach the “off season.”

August 14, 15, 16 Columbia River Triathlon and Girlfriends – Vancouver, WA
