They will help you take your fitness to a level beyond what you could imagine!

Team Training is an inexpensive way to increase your training and take your health and fitness to the next level! Do you need more cardio, more core, better balance, bigger muscles, weight loss support... you will find it here in our Team Training series!

Mondays

11:00am Silks Conditioning - Marijka
This Team Training will take you through the basic skills of silks, climbing, as well as proper floor conditioning to help you feel confident off the ground. You will experience a combination of coached time on teh silks and independent floor conditioning. To ensure maximum attention and training this course is offered for up to four people. *Downtown

6:30pm Dynamic Hip, Shoulder & Core Conditioning - Nathan
Rolling, crawling, Get Ups, cables and more. This series will borrow from influences such as Developmental Kinesology, gymnastics and martial arts to strengthen and condition your core for athletic movement while improving hip and shoulder health. Unlock tight muscles while improving coordination and conditioning. *Salmon Creek

7:00 pm Winter Conditioning for Runners - Jamie
Strength training plays an important role in improving all of the vital contributors to a faster run speed: anaerobic power, neuromuscular efficiency, running economy, and power development capabilities. This 10-week series is focused on building a strong foundation for running. Targeting ankle, glute, core, and hip strength along with resolving muscular imbalances within the body that can develop from running. Cross training is key to all athletes being at their best. *Downtown

Tuesdays


1:00 pm Natural Movement for Strength & Mobility - Nathan Build strength, balance, and flexibility utilizing a blend of calisthenics, yoga, and entry level gymnastics that is accessible to people of all fitness levels. Over the course of this series you will learn how to conduct a full body workout using your own body as resistance, giving you teh freedom to train anywhere (even with no access to equipment). Find greater freedom to move while building strength and adding a sense of play to your training. *Downtown

Wednesdays

6:00 am WOW- Women on Weights - Alicia This series is specifically for Women that are ready to lift hard and work hard! You will be motivated and inspired to be your strongest, leanest and healthiest YOU! Salmon Creek

10:00 am Barre Fitness - Leah Experience the benefits of this demanding workout that blends balance, endurance, stretch and strength at the Barre and on the Mat. Using light weights and lots of reps, you will build and improve power, grace, and athleticism. Great for cross training for any sport you do. *Downtown

1:00pm Postpartum Strength - Kristin Ladies, get the support you need both physically and emotionally with this fun, interactive strength & mobility based series! *Downtown

7:00 pm - Kettlebells & Steel Clubs, Level 2 - Nathan 
 Over the course of this 10-week series you can expect to see improvements in strength, endurance, cardiovascular capacity, core strength and power output. We will cover the following Kettlebell movements: fundamentals of the One Hand Swing; beginning elements of the Clean; and intermediate elements of the Turkish Get Up. With Steel Clubs we will cover the fundamentals of rotation through heavy club swinging. This is an intermediate level Team Training for people who have "graduated" from Level 1 Kettlebells and are looking to advance their technique. Approval from the instructor is required before signing up.  *Salmon Creek


Friday

8:00am Restorative Yoga - Alicia This is a low impact class designed to accommodate all fitness levels looking to take it down a notch and find some relief from tight muscles and achy joints. *Downtown

1:00 pm Functional Full Body Strength - Cody
 Get a full-body work out geared towards ensuring you are strong and ready for anything life throws at you! Guaranteed to make you stronger, faster, and leaner.*Downtown

2:00 pm Functional Training for Runners - Nathan Experience improved efficiency and power in your running stride through dynamic hip and core training. Enjoy decreased injury risk through prehabilitation and mobility targeted specifically to a runner's needs. This team training will develop lower body strength and power; contralateral core conditioning; balance and stability. *Downtown

4:30 pm 360 Core & Way More... - Jenna  
Your core is your POWERHOUSE! This Team Training will have it ALL! A full body strength workout with cardio blasts heavily focused on getting the core strength you need to feel strong, lean & mean! Start 2019 off #NWPTSTRONG. *Downtown

Okay, so here’s how Team Training works. Clients get the discounted rate of $25/hour but in order to access that lower rate, this is what needs to happen:

1. Reserved scheduling – You commit to the same time slot each week. If you can’t make it in for a session, we do offer the courtesy to be able to schedule into another time slot that week. However, sessions cannot be cancelled and they have to be used within the period purchased – you may have to double/triple up some weeks and/or use other trainers’ time slots if available but if not, you do forfeit that session.

2. Time slots are purchased 10 at a time unless you are joining a Team that is already undergoing a session. Then at that time you can get your package prorated so you will end at the same time as everyone else in that group.
If your schedule needs ultimate flexibility, Private Training is the way to go!
