Team Training is an inexpensive way to increase your training and take your health and fitness to the next level! Do you need more cardio, more core, better balance, bigger muscles, weight loss support... you will find it here in our Team Training series!

Tuesdays

1:00 pm Primal Movement for Strength & Mobility - Nathan Build strength, balance, and flexibility utilizing a blend of calisthenics, yoga, and animal movements. Find greater freedom to move while building strength and adding a sense of play to your training. *Downtown

Wednesdays

7:00 am WOW- Women on Weights - Alicia This series is specifically for Women that are ready to lift hard and work hard! You will be motivated and inspired to be your strongest, leanest and healthiest YOU! Salmon Creek

10:00 am Barre Fitness - Leah Experience the benefits of this demanding workout that blends balance, endurance, stretch and strength at the Barre and on the Mat. Using light weights and lots of reps, you will build and improve power, grace, and athleticism. Great for cross training for any sport you do. *Downtown

1:00 pm Postpartum Strength - Kristin 
Join Kristin and this supportive group of gals and start feeling better in your body again! You can expect a combination of Pilates, Yoga and postural strength training throughout the series. *Downtown

7:00 pm - Kettlebells - Nathan  Increase strength, burn calories and improve flexibility with Kettlebells. We will follow an "RKC" inspired curriculum that has been delivering results for over a decade. This training is perfect if you are busy and need to improve multiple aspects of your fitness in one session. Open to Kettlebell beginners and more advanced practitioners. The movements will be scaled to your ability. *Salmon Creek

Thursdays 
1:30 pm Total Body Strength - Judith 
Have fun burning calories and increasing your strength during this total body workout session. Indoors/Outdoors *Downtown

8:00 am Restorative Yoga - Alicia This is a low impact class designed to accommodate all fitness levels looking to take it down a notch and find some relief from tight muscles and achy joints. 

1:00 pm Tabata Strength - Cody
 Get a full-body interval training work out guaranteed to make you stronger, faster, and leaner.*Downtown

Okay, so here’s how Team Training works. Clients get the discounted rate of $25/hour but in order to access that lower rate, this is what needs to happen:

1. Reserved scheduling – You commit to the same time slot each week. If you can’t make it in for a session, we do offer the courtesy to be able to schedule into another time slot that week. However, sessions cannot be cancelled and they have to be used within the period purchased – you may have to double/triple up some weeks and/or use other trainers’ time slots if available but if not, you do forfeit that session.

2. Time slots are purchased 5 at a time unless you are joining a Team that is already undergoing a session. Then at that time you can get your package prorated so you will end at the same time as everyone else in that group.
If your schedule needs ultimate flexibility, Private Training is the way to go!
