Mondays

8:00 am Fast and Furious - Jamie
This is a fast-paced, timed, metabolic circuit perfectly balancing strength training with the motivation of the clock to push you to fatigue. Lifting heavy enough to get the job done, but not so heavy that you can’t get through the workout. Instead of lifting for volume, you’ll focus on lifting within a set period of time, creating a high-intensity workout, one that burns fat as it adds muscle tone. *Salmon Creek

8:00 am TRX Mobility & Strength - Chris
Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's bodyweight to complete hundreds of exercises. Get ready for a STRONG core and lean muscles! *Downtown

Tuesdays

8:00 am Balance, Strength & Agility - Marijka
This series will focus on challenging your mind, strength & stability. Once technique and strength are mastered you will then progress to explosive movements. This is a perfect opportunity to get conditioned in a smaller setting & to be held accountable to your goals! *Downtown

12:00pm Evidence-Based Nutrition Education - Cody
Spend 10 weeks dialing in your optimal nutrition plan for longevity, energy, health, and weight loss, based purely off actual scientific documentation instead of the dogmas that rule the world of modern-day nutrition and mislead the public. *Downtown

3:00 pm Barbell Basics - Judith

Increase your strength and learn all the basic lifts (squats, bench, deadlifts) plus additional exercises using the barbell. This is a good workout and series for people who have never used a barbell before and are interested in learning! *Salmon Creek

5:30 pm The Danger Zone - Bosu HIIT - Chris
Increase your strength, stability, speed, and quickness with this high-intensity, full-body workout! *Salmon Creek

Wednesdays

7:00 am Metabolic REV with HIIT, Tabata and MORE! - Alicia
This is a class full of high-intensity exercises that will boost your metabolism all week! *Salmon Creek

10:00 am Barre Fitness - Leah
Experience the benefits of this demanding workout that blends balance, endurance, stretch and strength at the Barre and on the Mat. Using light weights and lots of reps, you will build and improve power, grace, and athleticism. Great for cross training for any sport you do. *Downtown

7:00 pm - Kettlebells - Nathan
Increase strength, burn calories and improve flexibility with Kettlebells. We will follow an "RKC" inspired curriculum that has been delivering results for over a decade. This training is perfect if you are busy and need to improve multiple aspects of your fitness in one session. Open to Kettlebell beginners and more advanced practitioners. The movements will be scaled to your ability. *Salmon Creek

Thursdays 

1:30 pm Total Body Tabata - Judith
A high-intensity workout that will target every major muscle and burn a ton of calories! *Downtown

Okay, so here’s how Team Training works. Clients get the discounted rate of $25/hour but in order to access that lower rate, this is what needs to happen:

1. Reserved scheduling – You commit to the same time slot each week. If you can’t make it in for a session, we do offer the courtesy to be able to schedule into another time slot that week. However, sessions cannot be cancelled and they have to be used within the period purchased – you may have to double/triple up some weeks and/or use other trainers’ time slots if available but if not, you do forfeit that session.

2. Time slots are purchased 10 at a time unless you are joining a Team that is already undergoing a session. Then at that time you can get your package prorated so you will end at the same time as everyone else in that group.
If your schedule needs ultimate flexibility, Private Training is the way to go!
