Team Training is an inexpensive way to increase your training and take your health and fitness to the next level! Do you need more cardio, more core, better balance, bigger muscles, weight loss support... you will find it here in our Team Training series!

Mondays

7:30 am Strength Training for Runners - Bob
One of the most neglected aspects of training for athletes training for long-distance running is strength training.  According to Jason Fitzgerald, USATF-certified running coach, “Strength work accomplishes three big goals for runners. It prevents injuries by strengthening muscles and connective tissues; it helps you run faster by improving neuromuscular coordination and power, and it improves running economy by encouraging coordination and stride efficiency.”  This team training will focus on strength training focusing on compound movement patterns and shoring up the areas that could lead to increased injury if they are weak, like the hips, knees and ankles and the all-important stabilizer muscles surrounding those joints.*Downtown

11:00 am Silks Conditioning - Marijka This Team Training will take you through the basic skills of silks and climbing, as well as proper floor conditioning to help you feel confident off the ground. You will experience a combination of coached time on the silks and independent floor conditioning. To ensure maximum attention and training this course is offered for up to four people. *Downtown

4:00 pm Full Body Strength - Nathan Get a full- body work out geared towards ensuring you are strong and ready for anything life throws at you! Guaranteed to make you stronger, faster, and leaner.*Downtown

6:00 pm Skeletal Strength Training  - Travis
Resistance training isn’t just about your muscles, it's also about building up your bones to stay healthy as you age. During this series, you will learn all about the positive effects of strength training to keep your whole body healthy, avoid osteoporosis, and protect your posture. We will also learn how to apply progressive overload to strengthen your skeleton alongside your muscles. Fitness is for a lifetime, and we're in it for the long run.*Salmon Creek

7:00 pm Conditioning for Runners - Jamie Strength training plays an important role in improving all of the vital contributors to a faster run speed: anaerobic power, neuromuscular efficiency, running economy, and power development capabilities. This 7-week series is focused on building a strong foundation for running. Targeting ankle, glute, core, and hip strength along with resolving muscular imbalances within the body that can develop from running. Cross-training is key to all athletes being at their best. *Downtown

9:00 am Move Better Into Your Middle Ages and Beyond - Bob
Whether you consider middle age as 45, 40 or even younger, the sad truth is that we begin to lose our flexibility and range of motion as we age beyond our youth which for most extends well into our 30’s.  As we begin to get stiffer, we also develop all sorts of aches and pains that never seemed to be there in our youth.  This team training will focus on mobility and strengthening exercises that improve flexibility, range of motion and have been shown to help people reduce, if not eliminate, some of the aches and pains related to aging.  The program will be based loosely on the Younger Next Year series but will bring in additional resources. *Salmon Creek

12:30 pm Evidence-Based Nutrition - Cody According to the 1990-2010 Global Burden of Disease Study, the number one risk factor for premature mortality and morbidity in America is "Dietary Risks". Learn how to modulate your health with the one variable that matters the most, nutrition. In this class, you have the opportunity to look at actual evidence to determine what constitutes a healthy dietary pattern, instead of blindly trusting dogmas and corporations selling you their products. Make food logs, reach your ideal weight and maintain it while increasing your life expectancy and decreasing your risk of chronic disease.*Downtown

2:30 pm Fall Prevention - Balance, Strength & Mobility - Cody
Throughout this series, you will focus on fine-tuning your balance through exercises specifically targeting your strength and mobility along with fun, dynamic balance drills that will ensure you can confidently get around, no matter the environment. *Downtown

Wednesdays

10:00 am Barre Fitness - Leah Experience the benefits of this demanding workout that blends balance, endurance, stretch and strength at the Barre and on the Mat. Using light weights and lots of reps, you will build and improve power, grace, and athleticism. Great for cross-training for any sport you do. *Downtown

Thursday

1:30 pm Total Body Workout - Judith Have fun burning calories and increasing your strength during this total body workout series. Indoors/outdoors *Downtown

3:00 pm Sports Conditioning - Travis No matter what sports you play, everyone can agree that its always better to be stronger, faster, more agile, more athletic, and injury-free. During this 10 week series, you will be put through some hard conditioning workouts with the goal of getting you strong for any situation. We will also be going over some strategies to tailor workouts for if you need to be big and powerful, light and fast, or everything all at once. *Salmon Creek

8:00 am Restorative Yoga - Alicia This is a low impact class designed to accommodate all fitness levels looking to take it down a notch and find some relief from tight muscles and achy joints. *Downtown

You can expect HIIT training & muscle sculpting with a sprinkle of stretching at the end. You will leave each class feeling like you are well on your way to being stronger, increasing your endurance and lean muscles! *Downtown

Saturday

10:00 am - Bootie Building - Travis
Your glutes are the biggest muscle in the human body, and sometimes they can be the most stubborn. During this 10 week series, you will learn the best exercises and modifications to build your butt. On top of that, you'll also learn exercises for your legs and core to help assist your glute gains. If you want to get more athletic and more aesthetic glutes, this is the class for you. *Downtown

11:00 am Kickboxing Skills, Drills, and Frills - Travis
Kickstart your fitness with kickboxing! During this 10 week series, we won't just be getting in shape, we'll be learning practical skills for self-defense and self-empowerment. Come join Travis for an hour of martial arts-based skills, conditioning, and maybe a few fun tricks along the way. *Downtown

Okay, so here’s how Team Training works. Clients get the discounted rate of $25/hour but in order to access that lower rate, this is what needs to happen:

1. Reserved scheduling – You commit to the same time slot each week. If you can’t make it in for a session, we do offer the courtesy to be able to schedule into another time slot that week. However, sessions cannot be cancelled and they have to be used within the period purchased – you may have to double/triple up some weeks and/or use other trainers’ time slots if available but if not, you do forfeit that session.

2. Time slots are purchased 10 at a time unless you are joining a Team that is already undergoing a session. Then at that time you can get your package prorated so you will end at the same time as everyone else in that group.
If your schedule needs ultimate flexibility, Private Training is the way to go!
