Marijka & Judith have put together a 14-day program that will motivate you and ensure you finish the year feeling strong.
This cleanse will be focused on cutting inflammatory foods and drinks high in sugar and increase nutrient-dense foods that will replenish vitamins and minerals.
The initial meeting is on Friday, November 1st at 6:30pm at our Downtown Location. The program and details will be outlined at this time. Following the initial meeting, you can expect motivational emails throughout this program to keep you accountable.
