Marijka & Judith have put together a 14-day program that will motivate you to stay healthy while staying at home!
This sugar elimination will be focused on cutting inflammatory foods and drinks high in sugar and increasing nutrient-dense foods that will replenish vitamins and minerals.
The initial meeting is on Monday, March 30th at 5:30 pm. The program and details will be outlined at this time. Following the initial meeting, you can expect motivational emails throughout this program to keep you accountable.
