This 4 week series will help you discover that little shifts in your lifestyle can make a big difference in the way you feel. Better health isn't just about whole foods and exercise. We will take a deep dive into the kitchen while also discussing healthy sleep habits, calming mindfulness techniques, and quick daily habits you can easily add into your routine.

Session 2: Deciding On Your Daily Routines
Session 3: Good Sleep Changes Everything
Session 4: Self Care Isn't Just for Sunday

This workshop series is for anyone looking to feel happier & healthier. 

Emily Kolberg is a certified holistic health coach and the creator of Happy Healthy PNW. She coaches women who are hungry to take action and improve their health by focusing on nutrition, movement, and mindfulness.
