Start Training for 2019 NOW!
Strength training plays an important role in improving all the vital contributors to a faster run speed: anaerobic power, neuromuscular efficiency, running economy, and power development capabilities. 

This 7-week series is focused on building a strong foundation for running. Targeting ankle, glute, core, and hip strength, along with resolving muscular imbalances within the body that can develop from running. Cross training is key to all athletes being at their best.
