If you struggle with harmful eating behaviors, are confused by cravings that seem out of your control or feel you are on an emotional roller coaster and want to experience more confidence, freedom, and choice - this workshop is for you!

In this workshop you will learn:
  • Simple mindfulness practices to help you break free unhealthy eating patterns
  • Why you have cravings in the first place
  • Ways to tune into your body's unique needs and activate your natural healing potential
  • How you can uncover the underlying issues that are driving your negative relationships with food and your body
Gina Watkins, LCSW, CHC Gina is a holistic and integrative mental health therapist and health coach that supports people struggling to take charge of their mental, emotional and physical well-being. She specializes in helping women regulate their weight and break free from emotional eating patterns so they can create a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Gina integrates various approaches and techniques to help her clients reduce stress, create emotional balance, increase self-love and feel more empowered in the choices they make so they can transform how they experience their lives.
