Description:
Get motivated & give back to our local community!
Starting November 1st YOU can start racking up those Miles and Meters AND help Clark County Food Bank provide much-needed meals this holiday season!

We want to get as much food donated as we can AND get all of YOU burning calories so you stay fit, healthy and MOTIVATED leading up to this years holiday season!

Here is what you need to do:
  • Join the challenge.
  • Write your names on a boat & a bike at the studio
  • Record your miles & meters on the posted chart
  • Move your boat & bike 
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY, bring as much food from the needs list below as you can!

FAQ's:
  • Can I team up with someone else? YES!
  • Do I have to report anything to the front desk or trainers? NO, just log your miles/meters and keep moving! 
  • When can I row/bike? You can come to Bike or Row anytime! When there is not a group class in session you may use any bike or row machine within the group room. If the group room is being utilized or Customer Service Reps can help you get set up, first come first serve!
  • You can also Bike & Row during group classes, personal training sessions, and team training sessions!
Should you be the FIRST Team or Individual over the finish line, you will receive bragging rights, kudos for a job well-done and some major Facebook/Instagram recognition!

  • Canned Meats (tuna, chicken, salmon, corned beef)
  • Canned fruits
  • Canned vegetables
  • Peanut butter and other nut butter
  • 100% fruit juice (canned, plastic, or boxed)
  • Cooking oil
  • Low-sugar fruit, dried fruit, jams and jellies
  • Canned and dried beans (pinto, black, kidney, refried)
  • Canned stew, chili, hearty soups and Broths
  • Canned and boxed meals
  • Boxed macaroni and cheese
  • Pasta, rice, cereal, corn meal
  • Cooking oil and olive oil
  • Canned tomato products (whole, paste, spaghetti sauce)
  • Peanut butter
  • Shelf-stable milk
  • Other healthy, low-fat, low-sugar products
  • Ethnic spices and sauces (mole, enchilada, cumin, etc)
To ensure food safety, Clark County Food Bank cannot use:

Rusty or unlabeled cans, Perishable items, Homemade items,
Noncommercial canned or packaged items, Alcoholic beverages, mixes or soda, Open or used items

Please Note: if you donate glass products please box or bag them separately and label the box or the bag "GLASS" on all sides.
