Do you know how to effectively incorporate cardiovascular workouts to get you to your goals? Whether you are trying to burn fat & lose weight or increase your race pace, you will leave with a better understanding of what you need to do to reach your personal best!

In this session you will learn:

  • How to know if you are overtraining. 
  • What affects your heart rate.
  • How to incorporate heart rate training into your workout plan.
