This session is more than a cutting edge, scientifically supported workout, it is a 1hr client experience. Yes clients & participants want results, but they also want to walk away feeling amazing and empowered. This workout will progress participants from moving better to moving athletically. Achieve maximum metabolic outputs while minimizing the risk of post workout pain. Through effective warm-up & cuing this workout will safely bring out the best in every client. Using a variety of portable tools, we'll apply the science of vibration & progressive overload. You'll leave with a complete 1hr fascially driven workout designed to create an athletic, fun & competitive movement-based training environment.

Hyperice Mobility Hacks: Advanced Glute Activation

This seminar will integrate the Hyperice Sphere / Vyper & will guide you through the most effective triplanar gluteal assessments & exercises.

In this research backed session you will learn why all these modalities are useful, in what situations, and how to integrate them into your training sessions. You will not only learn the science of stretching/mobility in this session, you will also get plenty of hands on practice.

Technique Matters: Hinge & Lunge

Simply stated - technique matters. These fundamental movements are rarely instructed & progressed well. Whether the training environment is rehab, PT, group fitness, athletic conditioning, or recreational activity, setting clients up for goal-based success requires systematic methods to: 1. Observe when movement technique is compromised 2. Assess & ReAssess the current state of the nervous system 3. Use this information to create a safe and highly engaged training environment via effective Coaching. This session will teach trainers to assess, muscle test, activate & progress the hinge (deadlift) / lunge & push patterns from low (sensorimotor) to high function (athletic movement).
