Marijka & Judith have put together a 14-day program will motivate you to ensure 2019 starts out with a BANG!
This cleanse will be focused on cutting inflammatory foods and drinks high in sugar and increase nutrient-dense foods that will replenish vitamins and minerals.
The initial meeting is on Monday, January 7th at 6:30 pm at our Downtown Location. The program and details will be outlined at this time. Following the initial meeting, you can expect motivational emails throughout this program to keep you accountable.
