Part of managing your weight and improving your health is committing to an exercise program. In order to achieve your goals safely and effectively, it is helpful to know how many calories you are burning during exercise and activities. It is generally recommended that if your goal is to lose body fat, you should attempt to burn at least 300 calories per workout. But remember that every little bit counts!
