Drills and Skills at the Track!
Join Derrick DeLay and Kristin Healey for this 4-week series!

You can expect to warm-up with 20 minutes of Drills & Skills, then finish the Morning with an intense track workout!

You will also learn:
  • Cutting edge & current information about running technique
  • How to safely increase mileage
  • What drills you should be focusing on depending on your distance
  • How to avoid injuries
  • You will get a personal video to analyze and review your technique.
