Team Training is an inexpensive way to increase your training and take your health and fitness to the next level! Do you need more cardio, more core, better balance, bigger muscles, weight loss support... you will find it here within our Team Training series!

Tuesdays

8:00 am Balance, Strength & Agility - Marijka This series will focus on challenging your mind, strength & stability. Once technique and strength are mastered you will then progress to explosive movements. This is a perfect opportunity to get conditioned in a smaller setting & to be held accountable to your goals! *Downtown

Wednesdays

7:00 am Metabolic REV with HIIT, Tabata and MORE! - Alicia This is a class full of high-intensity exercises that will boost your metabolism all week! *Salmon Creek

8:00 am Cardio Boxing & Kickboxing - Jamie 
This fun class is a fast paced cardio class that increases endurance, balance and is also a great stress reliever!You can expect 40 minutes of kickboxing and balance drills followed by 20 minutes of focused core work. Get in great shape and have fun doing it!! *Salmon Creek

2:00pm Total Body Tabata - Judith Get ready for a fun, total body workout using the Tabata method. Workouts will consist of multiple rounds of 20 seconds of high-intensity lifting followed by 10 seconds of rest.  You will increase your anaerobic capacity and your body will continue to burn calories even after the workout is complete!    *Downtown

5:30 pm - Kettlebells - Nathan  Increase strength, burn calories and improve flexibility with Kettlebells. We will follow an "RKC" inspired curriculum that has been delivering results for over a decade. This training is perfect if you are busy and need to improve multiple aspects of your fitness in one session. Open to Kettlebell beginners and more advanced practitioners. The movements will be scaled to your ability. *Salmon Creek

Thursdays 

12:00 pm Runners Strength an Endurance Club - Jolene Runners, you are about to get the BEST of both worlds! ”Lets get those muscles strong!  We will work all of the major muscles including the heart in this all-encompassing workout.  Each workout will begin with a 30 minute strength training session, then we will use those endorphins to take it outside for a 20 minute cardio session, ending with a relaxing cool down and stretch, all while enjoying the encouragement of being on a team!!"*Salmon Creek 

3:00 pm Golf, Tennis & Baseball: Sport Specific Training for Rotational Sports - Nathan Steel Clubs, Barbells, Dumbbells, bodyweight and bands! This is a mixed implement approach for rotation intensive sports. Throughout this series you will experience improvements in your mobility and will build dynamic strength allowing you to rotate more and improve the power behind every swing! *Salmon Creek

Fridays

Okay, so here’s how Team Training works. Clients get the discounted rate of $25/hour but in order to access that lower rate, this is what needs to happen:

1. Reserved scheduling – You commit to the same time slot each week. If you can’t make it in for a session, we do offer the courtesy to be able to schedule into another time slot that week. However, sessions cannot be cancelled and they have to be used within the period purchased – you may have to double/triple up some weeks and/or use other trainers’ time slots if available but if not, you do forfeit that session.

2. Time slots are purchased 10 at a time unless you are joining a Team that is already undergoing a session. Then at that time you can get your package prorated so you will end at the same time as everyone else in that group.
If your schedule needs ultimate flexibility, Private Training is the way to go!
