We will spend the first two weeks learning a series of running specific exercises to strengthen and stabilize your body, to get you ready to ramp up your running game. We will spend the last two weeks learning and practicing optimal running technique so you can run light and fast. Whether you are just starting to run or are a seasoned pro this class will make you a better runner.
At the end of this four week class you will have everything you need to make 2017 your best running year ever!
