Team Training is an inexpensive way to increase your training and take your health and fitness to the next level! Do you need more cardio, more core, better balance, bigger muscles, weight loss support... you will find it here within our Team Training series!

Monday

7:00am Mind Over Matter - Strength Training for Weight Loss - Jamie  This team will be focused on amazing workouts that will help support your weight loss goals! Along with these workouts you will get all of the support, guidance, encouragement and tips you need for long term successful weight loss! *Salmon Creek

Tuesday 

8:00am Balance, Strength & Agility - Marijka This series will focus on challenging your mind, strength & stability. Once technique and strength are mastered you will then progress to explosive movements. This is a perfect opportunity to get condition in a smaller setting & to be held accountable to your goals! *Downtown

10:00am Injury Prevention with Corrective Exercise - Jolene Feeing pain in your neck and back? Due to our repetitive lifestyles these pains are largely due to muscle imbalances. In this team training we will focus on correcting these muscular imbalances to help get you on the path to reducing or eliminating back and neck pain. You will learn stretches and foam rolling techniques that can be practiced at home.  Jolene is a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM and will take you through NASM's basic rules for getting your body to move the way it is intended to.  *Salmon Creek

5:30pm Powerlifting - Judith

Winter is the best time to focus on increasing your strength and building muscle. Workouts will focus on barbell squats, deadlifts and bench press.Taking the time to lay down a solid base will boost your metabolism and leave you feeling like you are ready for anything! *Salmon Creek

7:00am Metabolic REV with HIIT, Tabata and MORE! - Alicia This is a class full of high intensity exercises that will boost your metabolism all week! *Salmon Creek

10:00 Yoga/Pilates - Leah Join Leah for this specialized team training that will be focusing on a fusion of Yoga and Pilates that will leave you with a strong core, a balanced physique and feeling amazing in your body! *Downtown

Thursday 

10:00am Balance & Coordination for 50 & Beyond! - Jolene This is for anyone that is 50+ that needs to improve hand/eye coordination, balance, strength training, cardio, and stress relief with some laughs. Join us and bring out your 'inner child" and have some fun! *Salmon Creek

2:30pm Balance & Coordination for 50 & Beyond! - Cody

This is for anyone that is 50+ that needs to improve hand/eye coordination, balance, strength training, cardio, and stress relief with some laughs. Join us and bring out your 'inner child" and have some fun! *Downtown

1:00pm Adult Athletic Conditioning - Cody If you are looking to be more balanced, strong enough to endure unstable terrain, increase your reaction speed and get an all over, fantastic workout... this is series for YOU! *Downtown

2:00pm Nutrition for a NEW YOU! - Cody Are you tired of being deceived by the food industry?? This Team will be focused on nutrition education directly from the medical literature and improving your health through nutritional modifications. Each week you can turn in a food log and get personal feedback to help make your food intake healthier and tastier. *Downtown

Saturday

8:00am Full Body Muscular Endurance Training - Cody Get a full body work out combining aerobic and anaerobic training into one session utilizing all sorts of different equipment! *Downtown

Okay, so here’s how Team Training works. Clients get the discounted rate of $25/hour but in order to access that lower rate, this is what needs to happen:

1. Reserved scheduling – You commit to the same time slot each week. If you can’t make it in for a session, we do offer the courtesy to be able to schedule into another time slot that week. However, sessions cannot be cancelled and they have to be used within the period purchased – you may have to double/triple up some weeks and/or use other trainers’ time slots if available but if not, you do forfeit that session.

2. Time slots are purchased 10 at a time unless you are joining a Team that is already undergoing a session. Then at that time you can get your package prorated so you will end at the same time as everyone else in that group.
If your schedule needs ultimate flexibility, Private Training is the way to go!
