These clubs are for anyone looking to start a running program, from the beginning runner to the advanced racer! This program will have you set and ready for The Girlfriends Run for a Cure Quarter & Half Marathon race on October 15th. We will get you started on a path that will safely and quickly help you reach your goals. You can expect consistent accountability check-ins, a program to follow and access to your running coach throughout the week!
There are two different distances to start training for!
If you have been running for a while and want to take it to the next level by increasing speed and endurance this program is for you. You’ll learn the proper way to warm up before running and the most important stretches to do post-runs.
Note: Week 1 Mileage will start at 3.25 miles.
It’s difficult to do the long distances on your own. That’s why this group training program will keep you motivated to ensure you cross the finish line just in time for the Girlfriends 1⁄2 marathon!
Note: Week1 Mileage will start at 7 miles.
