Mondays

8:00 am Fast and Furious - Jamie
This fast-paced, total body, metabolic circuit is perfectly balanced to have you torching calories and gaining strength. This workout is NEVER boring the ever-changing and motivation of the clock will push you to your best!! *Salmon Creek

Tuesdays

8:00 am Balance, Strength & Agility - Marijka
This series will focus on challenging your mind, strength & stability. Once technique and strength are mastered you will then progress to explosive movements. This is a perfect opportunity to get conditioned in a smaller setting & to be held accountable to your goals! *Downtown

Wednesdays

7:00 am Metabolic REV with HIIT, Tabata and MORE! - Alicia
This is a class full of high-intensity exercises that will boost your metabolism all week! *Salmon Creek

10:00 am Fitness Barre - Leah
Experience the benefits of this demanding workout that blends balance, endurance, stretch and strength at the Barre and on the Mat. Using light weights and lots of reps, you will build and improve power, grace, and athleticism. Great for cross training for any sport you do. *Downtown

1:00pm Postpartum Strength - Kristin
Ladies, your bodies went through a lot of changes to bring your beautiful babies into the world! It is time to regain your strength, stability, mobility, muscular balance and posture so you can focus on having fun with your kids and feel strong! Special considerations need to be made for postpartum mothers with Diastasis Recti, C-sections, and other complications. Kristin will help you safely reconnect with your body! *Downtown

7:00 pm - Kettlebells - Nathan
Increase strength, burn calories and improve flexibility with Kettlebells. We will follow an "RKC" inspired curriculum that has been delivering results for over a decade. This training is perfect if you are busy and need to improve multiple aspects of your fitness in one session. Open to Kettlebell beginners and more advanced practitioners. Okay, so here’s how Team Training works. Clients get the discounted rate of $25/hour but in order to access that lower rate, this is what needs to happen:

1. Reserved scheduling – You commit to the same time slot each week. If you can’t make it in for a session, we do offer the courtesy to be able to schedule into another time slot that week. However, sessions cannot be cancelled and they have to be used within the period purchased – you may have to double/triple up some weeks and/or use other trainers’ time slots if available but if not, you do forfeit that session.

2. Time slots are purchased 10 at a time unless you are joining a Team that is already undergoing a session. Then at that time you can get your package prorated so you will end at the same time as everyone else in that group.
If your schedule needs ultimate flexibility, Private Training is the way to go!
